  • 4 or more years of professional recruiting experience
  • 2 years experience in goverment contract recruiting

  • Ready and willing to numerous calls to find the right people in a time sensitive environment
  • Strong computer and database application skills and proficiency with spreadsheets

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with other recruiters and hiring managers to prioritize needs and help strategize for upcoming needs
  • Screen and evaluate resumes, determine applicant qualifications, compare to job requirements and recommend best candidates
  • Conduct background and reference checks for potential candidates
  • Maintain correspondence with candidates
  • Edit and format resumes to meet the requirements of established company standard formats
  • Manage data in the Applicant Tracking System database to improve searches for more efficient identification of qualified consultants
  • Simultaneously coordinate the recruiting efforts of multiple projects while meeting time-sensitive deadlines without compromising quality
  • Develop creative approaches to quickly source and recruit highly qualified candidates to ensure that positions are filled in a timely manner
  • Maintain relevant position descriptions for recurring scopes of work, and assist managers in creating scopes of work for new positions
  • Other duties as assigned
